Mišo works as Associate Professor at the School of law of the biggest and oldest University in Macedonia, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. He was one of the founders of the Institute in 2004 and currently works as a Head of Research. He has worked on many international projects funded by EU (Tempus, FP7, IPA, Horizon), USAID, Austrian and Swiss Development Cooperation, Open Society Foundation, World University Service – Austria etc. focused on legal system reform including justice and home affairs, science, education and consumer protection.
He has participated in conferences, study visits and lectured in over 50 countries. Dr. Dokmanović was a Research/Visiting Fellow and Lecturer at a number of leading US academic institutions including Princeton University, University of Michigan, University of Florida, University of Illinois, etc. He is also an invited lecturer at many continuing and summer programs, political academies and training programs including Preparing Global Leaders Academy – Jordan and Preparing Global Leaders Institute. In the period January – February 2017 dr. Dokmanovic was a Research Fellow of Swiss Center of Expertise in Social Sciences – Lausanne where he worked on innovative research methodologies in social sciences.
In 2014 he was awarded the highest recognition for teaching and academic excellence – Scientist of the Year Award. He is the youngest recipient of the award ever.
He will be responsible for project management.
